About
The UPMO provides a permanent portfolio, program and project management office to support the planning and delivery of the University’s key strategic, high value and/or complex project portfolio. The services in scope of the UPMO have been designed to be appropriate for supporting resource allocation decisions and delivery of programs and projects managed by a range of delivery methodologies.
Our Services
The University PMO is responsible for:
- Project portfolio management services, and
- Delivery support for key strategic, high value and/or complex programs and projects at Edith Cowan University.
- Centre of Excellence Functions
