Personal Excellence & Self Management

As one of the four ECU values and one of the six key capabilities identified for ECU staff, Personal Excellence and Self-Management covers a wide variety of projects and professional development offerings for staff.

Customer Service

ECU is committed to consistently delivering outstanding customer service to our students, staff and external partners. The Professional Development available for customer service incorporates the university’s expectations in this area, how to positively engage with challenging situations while also embracing and utilising feedback.

Mentoring Programs

Interpersonal and Intrapersonal communications

Communication skills are key to an effective and efficient work place and offerings in this area have been designed to improve individual and group awareness of communication styles, assertive communications, listening skills in day to day discussions as well as critical situations.


Health and Wellbeing

Take part in ECU's 'Live Life Longer' health and wellness program and create healthy habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle.
