Training environment
You can use the Callista training environment to familiarise yourself with the special features and functionality of the system. Before you can use the training environment you need to do the following;
- Contact the Systems Support Team via email: callista@ecu.edu.au or telephone: (8) 6304 3914 or extension 3914 to obtain a login ID and password for accessing the training environment (CALTRAIN).
- Familise yourself with the Callista Overview Manual
- Ensure that you have Java installed on your computer. Most ECU staff computers should have the correct Java client installed. If you are unsure whether your computer meets these requirements you can lodge an enquiry with the IT Service Desk, via email: itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au , or telephone: (8) 9370 6000 or extension 6000
- If you are attempting access off-campus you will need to establish an ECU VPN Connection.
Training sessions
Facilitated training for this web application may be available. Usually staff requiring training in a particular application are directed to enroll in various sessions upon requesting access to the application itself.
