NAIDOC Week Cultural Event

NAIDOC Week at ECU continues on Friday 10th July with an afternoon of cultural activities based in the “Forum” in front of the Ngoolark building on the Joondalup campus.
Activities include:
- A display of original artworks, prints and artisan crafts from the Yonga Boodjah Art Gallery
- Self-guided walking tours of ECU’s Aboriginal art installations around campus (includes a quiz with prizes)
- Bake sale fundraiser and raffle
- Sacred Ground: The Sea of Feet - make your mark in a public art installation by planting a foot in the Sea of Feet
- Aboriginal Cultural Quiz - a touch screen quiz with prizes
- Q & A sessions with Nyoongar artists from the Yonga Boodjah Art Gallery
- Guided walking tours of flora on campus covering both horticultural and Aboriginal perspectives
