ECU Student Health offer a wide range of short courses and workshops on offer that are designed to help you with achieving any health and wellbeing goals.
Among the courses and workshops are classes in yoga, a chance to learn about beach safety, find out more about healthy relationships,and/or brush up on your nutrition knowledge and take a cookery class. There's also a range of exercise focused programs offered in conjunction with the ECU Sports and Fitness Centre.
