Find out how EY are breaking down barriers in the work place

In recent years workplaces have embraced diversity and proactively tackled many areas which used to see employees face discrimination and disadvantage,

Global accounting and business advisory firm EY has been at the forefront of ensuring gender equality in the workplace.

Find out more about how EY is focusing on removing obstacles that women face in the work place at their upcoming 'Breaking Down the Barriers' event on 14 July.

The online program is designed to help women build skills that will assist you them reaching their first career milestones and beyond.  The program focuses on how everyone can break down the barriers that are preventing women from climbing up the ranks.

Learn how to be a purpose driven leader, and hear from other women who are breaking down barriers. This year the program is being offered online.

Head to CareerHub to find out more, and register for the program offered by EY. Places are limited and you need to register by July 8.

Students and recent graduates of ECU can also take advantage of the University's Careers Team who run regular workshops and drop-in session to help people with their job seeking skills. You can also make an appointment to consult one of the team about your job seeking strategies.
