The Strategic Relationships Management (SRM) Team provides support and guidance to Academic and Professional staff who are actively involved in industry relationships at ECU. Existing and new industry relationships will be supported through the new Industry Relationship Management (IRM) system and framework that will provide visibility of our key relationships. This new system and framework will help to more clearly identify research collaborations, funding, knowledge translation and student learning opportunities; and also enable a more coordinated approach to industry engagement.
Dedicated Account Managers are available to provide support, training and advice to IRM System users and are the first point of contact for questions about the IRM framework and the IRM System (Salesforce).
