The Service Excellence Program is focused on delivering an exceptional, personalised and valued experience of studying, teaching, researching, engaging with or working at ECU. This is driven by understanding the needs and expectations of our students and industry partners and developing our staff, systems and processes to meet those needs. ECU is striving to enhance its reputation amongst students and industry in order to drive growth and achieve its strategic vision and purpose.
In 2016 ECU is reviewing and revising its strategic plan. ECU’s new strategic plan will be developed with a five-year horizon, covering the period 2017 to 2021.
Consultation will be extensive and begins with themed workshops to be held in May.
ECU has commenced bargaining for a new enterprise agreement. Information will be updated regularly to assist staff in the agreement making and negotiation process.
