It’s not too late to set your New Year Resolutions

Monday, 04 February 2019

It's the time of the year again when we typically set New Year Resolutions for ourselves.

If you are aged 18 years or older and have, or want to set, a New Year Resolution for 2019 then you are invited to take part in an online New Year Resolutions study. Past research shows that people’s New Year Resolutions tend to quickly fall by the wayside. Our New Year Resolutions study aims to investigate what helps people to stick to their New Year Resolutions (or not).

To take part in this study please follow the link below (or copy the link into your browser to open if it does not open directly):

The survey data collected for the study are confidential and the results reported will be anonymous. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Hopefully, you will find the survey personally interesting and informative. If you agree to take part in this online study you will be asked to list a New Year resolution you are committed to for 2019 and to complete a series of online questionnaires across four time points.

You can complete the first online survey.
