Total Contract Manager (TCM)

Thursday, 27 July 2017

ECU’s new contract management system has been rolled out by FBSC and ITSC and is now live and available for use across the University.

Total Contract Manager (TCM) is built around a centralised cloud repository and enables all stakeholders of contracts to be involved in the entering, reviewing and management of relevant contracts and the obligations and events that fall within them.

The use of TCM, assessable via Single Sign-On, will assist in streamlining contract management by storing all contracts in a single central repository. TCM will also assist in eliminating risks around expiring contracts and missed obligations by utilising notifications which can be captured within TCM and emailed to Contract Managers and other stakeholders as and when desired. Real-time updates will also be available through Contract Performance, Compliance and Expiration dashboards.

For more information on TCM please attend one of the upcoming information or training sessions or email procurement@ecu.edu.au for more details.
