Our desk phones use VoIP, a technology that allows you to make calls using the ECU network instead of a dedicated telephone line.
Using VoIP significantly reduces ECU telephony costs. Software is available which integrates with your VoIP telephone to provide many convenient features.
To request a desk phone for a new staff member, or to request a phone for a desk without one, please fill in the request details in Office Allocator, accessible from the homepage of the staff portal.
To cancel a desk phone service or to move a desk phone to another location, please fill in the request details in Office Allocator, accessible from the homepage of the staff portal.
You can manage your speed dials, phone settings and other features by logging into the web-based phone management system, CISCO Unified CM user options.
