The IT Services Centre is committed to identifying valuable and useful new technologies to improve and enhance the way we work at ECU. On this page, you can find out more about the current projects the centre is working to deliver.
ECU has commenced the Unified Communications (UNI.Comms) Project to update the ECU phone system, migrating our existing telephone system to Microsoft Teams across all ECU campuses. The Microsoft Teams communication platform has similar capabilities to the existing system with the additional benefits of greater flexibility, mobility and lower operational costs.
