The Campus Support Office on each campus arranges pool vehicle servicing, cleaning and minor repairs.
Schools and Centres are responsible for maintaining and ensuring their vehicles are serviced and cleaned and that minor repairs are fixed at the appropriate times. Service email notifications are sent by Fleetcare, the external fleet manager, to the responsible officer to ensure the vehicles are regularly maintained. The responsible officer can book the service direct via the Fleetcare online tool, Fleetmanager.
All vehicles are insured by ECU. Fleetcare, will assist with any claims or major repairs.
The ECU ‘Vehicle Operating Manual’ (in the vehicle glove box) contains information on what to do immediately after an accident.

Depending on the liability of the accident, your area may need to pay all costs associated with these repairs and will be responsible for recouping these costs via the Risk Financing Section.
