The allocation of furniture at ECU is managed as follows:

Offices: standard office set ups are detailed in ECU's Planning and Design Guidelines.  Any requests for office furniture should go to the Major Building Projects team, please send the request to

Classrooms: if there are any missing chairs or desks, send an email to for action.

For any other furniture requirements, including replacing broken/mismatched furniture or to have furniture removed, please contact to discuss your requirements.

Note: All staff moves need to be endorsed through the University’s 'Move Manager'
