Functions

All functions and events, including those involving alcohol, must be approved by the Campus Support Office prior to taking place. Please refer to the Alcohol and Other Drugs Management Policy (PL110).

Catering

ECU encourages function organisers to use on campus food outlets or an approved off campus supplier as listed below.

Where a non-approved external supplier is being engaged, please visit the Finance and Business Services Centre Kiosk to complete an ‘Exemption from Policies’ form.

Vendor information including menus and ordering information are provided below.  The 'general conditions' for each provider should be checked prior to placing your order.

Where it is not practicable to use an on-campus catering provider, the event organiser may procure catering services from one of the approved off-campus suppliers as listed below. Please note that while each of the approved off-campus suppliers has provided a broad range of ECU menus (see links below), event organisers may choose to request other catering items as required.
