Real-time communication

Real time communication refers to any live or instant communication, typically between two people. Examples of real-time communication are instant messaging (IM), chat, voice, video, desktop sharing, remote control/collaboration and point-to-point file transfer.

ECU uses Microsoft Teams for real-time communication requirements.
