System and application access

ECU staff require access to a number of systems and applications to carry out their daily duties Most web applications can be accessed via the Staff Portal though some require access to be granted before you can use them.

Visit the Services Kiosk to submit requests for and access to systems and services such as:

  • Shared folders, mailboxes and calendars
  • Distribution lists
  • Web Applications
  • Building Access
  • Software for staff machines, labs, teaching spaces and personal devices.

You can find a quick link to the Services Kiosk under your ‘Easy Logins’ in the Staff Portal. The kiosk is also home to the ‘Digital and Campus Services’ knowledge base, which contains the answers to many commonly asked IT and facilities questions.
