Research Services runs a comprehensive skills training program to support and empower you to achieve a successful research project and to enhance your future career. Our higher degree by research workshops are primarily aimed at Doctoral and Masters by Research candidates, however honours students and ECU staff are also welcome to access workshops.
The research skills program includes a mix of workshops, seminars, special courses and retreats that are facilitated by a range of experienced speakers including:
- Graduate Research trainers
- External consultants
- Library staff
- Qualitative and quantitative research advisers
- HDR communications advisers
- Research Services
- Academics from a range of disciplines
- Special guest speakers from industry, government and community bodies

Many of our workshops are available as self-paced modules online, under the GRS Programs Blackboard site.
