Alesco Request Forms (Staff Training Course Upload)

Use the Alesco Request Forms to upload your training course details to the StaffKiosk and Staff Development Calendar, for enrolments.

Note: The Alesco Request Form has been replaced by a webform within the IT Service Management Suite. To go to the site, please logon to the Staff Portal and ensure you are on the Staff Portal web page, then click on the following link:;sys_id=4af1d96c4f034700ee824c111310c758

When you have completed the form, please submit it by selecting Order Now. You will receive an email confirming your order.

You will be notified when your order has been completed.

Once the form has been submitted:

  • The course/sessions will be uploaded to the Staff Kiosk and the Staff Development Calendar.
  • Meeting requests will be sent to the facilitator and coordinator of the session to confirm the upload has been completed. Please accept these requests to confirm all details are correct.
  • One day prior to the event, a registration sheet will be sent to the facilitator. This will need to be signed by the participants and emailed back to on the day, or asap thereafter.
