Blackboard Analytics for Learn allows you to report on and analyse data about student activity and engagement in your unit. In addition to improving student engagement, it also gives you useful data that can inform unit design and development.
All Blackboard sites have the integrated Unit Analytics reports active. You access the reports under the Unit Management menu, click on Evaluation and then select Unit Analytics.
Important: In order for Blackboard Analytics for Learn to work correctly in your unit, you need to set up a Final Grade column. Follow the instructions in the Set up a Final Grade column for Analytics tip sheet.

The data that is available in these Learning Analytics reports can give you insight and action points throughout the semester to help you increase student engagement and increase student retention.
