Course Management System

The Course Management System (CMS) is the University’s online system which is used to manage the development and approval of all its academic offerings (units, unitsets and courses), through their entire lifecycle from working copy through to archived, with all versions being retained and tracked in the CMS.

As well as academic approvals, the CMS is also used to manage the approval processes and workflows of fees for all units. The CMS interfaces with the Callista Student Management System and publishes and provides reports on academic offerings and fees to the Commonwealth Government, the marketing Reach Your Potential website, the TISC book for all final year school students, marketing prospectuses and it publishes the ECU Handbook website.
