Requesting access

General staff are not automatically allocated a Courses and Unit Offerings System (CUOS) account. To obtain a CUOS account, email Callista Support and advise the modules that you require access to and whether you require read-only or update privileges. Approval from your Faculty Manager is required. Academic staff do not normally require a CUOS account.

Accessing the system

You can access the Courses and Unit Offerings System (CUOS) by navigating to the Staff Portal and then clicking on the Courses and Unit Offerings application link in the "Easy Logins" menu on the left-hand side of the Staff Portal. You may need to add the link to your "Easy Logins" by clicking on the 'edit pencil' icon next to the "Easy Logins" title. This will allow you to add the application to your list.
