Requesting changes to the Callista Student Management System

If you require changes to be made to forms, reports or interfaces you need to make a formal request using the Change Request Form. This form should also be used if you require new forms, reports or interfaces. 

Please note that if you are not a departmental manager, you must seek authorisation from your manager before submitting the form. If you require any assistance or further information about the requirements you need, please contact the Systems Support team.

Once all relevant sections are completed, providing as much detailed information as possible, please either mail to 'Systems Support' at Joondalup campus, or fax on extension 2066.
