Academic Skills

A wide range of support is available to assist you with your studies. Learning Advisers provide workshops on academic and English language skills required for university study as well as unit-specific assistance with a wide range of assessments. Please visit the Academic Skills @ ECU site and refer to the Workshops and drop-in sessions pages to see current offerings and further information.

You can also check this site for school and UniPrep resources, workshops, and drop-in sessions where you can get assessment-specific support.

If you require more detailed assistance after consulting the above resources, it is possible for you to make an appointment with a Learning Adviser. Alternatively, you can email an enquiry to learningadviser@ecu.edu.au.

Learning Advisers are located in the Learning and Career Hub at Joondalup and in the Academic Skills Centres at Mount Lawley and on the South West campus.
