How to pay

The following payment options are available for payment of Tuition Fees  and Student Services and Amenities Fees.


Your Statement of Account (invoice) is available by logging into SIMO. Please allow additional time for your payment to reflect on your Statement of Account on your SIMO account.


If your Student Services and Amenities Fee is outstanding, please allow an additional 2 business days after the below payment times for the encumbrance on your student record to be removed automatically.


If your student record is encumbered due to outstanding Tuition fees, please  contact the Student Fees Office.

Contact your participating bank or financial institution to make this payment directly from your cheque account, savings account or credit card.

When prompted, simply enter the BPAY Biller Code and your reference number shown on your Statement of Account on SIMO.

Payment options

Tuition fees that are payable up-front are invoiced each teaching period for enrolled units.

Eligible students may defer payment of tuition fees through the Commonwealth Government HELP loan schemes. A HELP loan is processed by ECU and repayment is made through the Australian Taxation Office.
