Full Fee Paying Courses and Non-Award Units

If you are enrolled in a course that is not a Commonwealth Supported course, you are charged the full tuition fee for each unit in which you are enrolled.

If you are in a post-graduate course, you may be able to defer your tuition fees to a FEE-HELP loan. For further information including eligibility criteria please visit the HELP loans page

Some Masters by research and PHD courses are eligible for Research Training Program (RTP) scheme funding and tuition fees are not payable.

Non-Award studies

You can also study certain units individually without being enrolled into an ECU course. Your enrolment will be called a non-award enrolment.

Non-award units are not eligible for Commonwealth support or government assistance under the Higher Education Loan Programs (HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP).

Fees are payable up front if you are not undertaking Bridging Studies for Overseas Trained Professionals. For information about eligible Bridging studies, please visit Study Assist.
