ECU has secured $208,000 through the 2018 Australia Awards under the ‘Endeavour Scholarships & Fellowships Program’.
Congratulations to Professor Craig Speelman, Associate Dean (Research) in the School of Arts and Humanities who has received an Endeavour Executive Fellowship to undertake professional development, study or research overseas. In 2018, Craig will spend six weeks at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands to learn more about how European universities support their early career academics in their research activities, with a view to discovering ways to facilitate the transition of new researchers into productive academic careers.
In addition, three International students and researchers have been awarded an Endeavour Scholarships or Fellowships to study or undertake research at ECU in 2018.
If staff are interested in applying for an Endeavour Fellowship, the 2019 round will open in April next year.
