Annual reviews
The annual review of faculties and centres is an important part of ECU's quality approach. The reviews are multi-purpose and provide the opportunity to:
- review and discuss performance, challenges and issues related to the faculty or centres ability to meet agreed goals and objectives from its current operational plan;
- inform the development of the subsequent operational plan by agreeing on key priorities; and
- highlight key issues affecting the University and opportunities for improvement.
The resources below provide additional information for faculty and centre staff involved in the annual review process.

Self-assessment report templates
The self-assessment report templates for centres and faculties will be available for download from the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) System on the following dates:

The report templates will contain data on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), finance indicators and staffing indicators. To arrange access to EIM or for any queries relating to the data contained within your self -assessment report template, please contact EIMsupport@ecu.edu.au

Jump start your annual review and operational plan
Key stakeholders from each centre or faculty are encouraged to attend the 'Jump Start your Annual Review and Operational Plan' workshops to further develop their understanding of the annual review process and prepare for operational planning. Workshop dates will be published when available.
