Quality@ECU
The Quality unit provides leadership and strategic advice in the planning and management of quality matters within the University. The unit is responsible for:
- providing timely policy and strategic advice on the management of quality activities;
- researching and analysing emerging trends, issues and implications for the development of policy and operational decisions;
- fostering a positive environment with a culture that values quality practices and processes; and
- establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
