Support and advice

Do you need to contact the IT Service Desk? Perhaps you have question, need to make a request or want to report an incident?

Why not use the IT Service Kiosk, the shopfront for all services provided by the IT Services Centre to ECU staff.

To assist you as quickly as possible, please have your staff number on hand, know your location, phone number and the computer (HD) number (located beneath the barcode on the white IT Services sticker).

During semester, IT support services are available at the following times. Please note that service hours may be subject to seasonal variation.

IT Service Desk

Monday to Thursday  Friday Saturday and Sunday 
7.00am – 10.00pm 7.00am – 7.00pm  9.30am – 5.30pm

eLab counters

For over the counter support relating to computer facilities, visit us at one of the eLabs. Please note that the eLab is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with an access card. The hours below relate to counter support times only.

Due to reduced staffing over the ESSP, delays may be experienced on non urgent requests.
