If you wish to lodge a request or report an incident then please contact the IT Service Desk.

It is preferred that you phone us should your issue require immediate assistance.

Information required

To assist you as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:

  • Your staff ID number.
  • Your current location and phone number.
  • The number of the machine you are using (located beneath the barcode on the white IT Services sticker).
  • The nature of your call.
