Campus Access Induction

The ECU Campus Access Induction is essential for all Facilities and Service Centre workers, visitors and consultants.

This user friendly facility enables workers to understand ECU requirements, including how to work safely on our campuses.

ECU Planning and Design Guidelines

The Facilities and Services Centre has Planning and Design Guidelines for reference by consultations and contractors undertaking projects for the University.

These guidelines address the following issues:

  • buildig design
  • building fabric
  • building services
  • external works; and
  • CAD documentation protocol

ECU Master Plan

The ECU Master Plan is a statutory planning document that has been approved by the ECU Council and has been submitted to each Local Authority where ECU has a campus i.e. City of Bunbury, City of Joondalup and City of Stirling.  The ECU Master Plan is also submitted to the Western Australian Planning Commission, the Authority that approves all major developments on ECU campuses.
