The Facilities and Services Centre has four branches with responsibilities extending over three campuses; Joondalup, Mount Lawley and South West.
Using the University's Strategic Asset Management Framework this area also provides feasibility assessments and accommodation schedules and manages the University's space management, and building records.
Manages the delivery of major building projects for the University.
Manages and maintains the University's physical infrastructure and is responsible for maintenance, energy management, grounds, delivery of the annual Improvement Works program and is responsible for the University's Planning and Design Guidelines.
Supports the daily operations of the campuses with a wide range of services that include improvement works (non-capital), contract and management of food, copying services, the Co-op Bookshops and other service contracts including security, cleaning, fleet, parking, mail, couriers, signage, facilities hire and furniture. It also plays an important role in campus fire safety and risk management. In addition, it provides resource management support to the Centre including; financial management, procurement, information management and human resources management.
