The Facilities and Services Centre has four branches with responsibilities extending over three campuses; Joondalup, Mount Lawley and South West.
Manages the delivery of Major Works, the annual Improvement Works program, Building Projects, and is responsible for the University’s Planning and Design Guidelines.
Manages and maintains the University's physical infrastructure and is responsible for maintenance, energy management and grounds.
Supports the daily operations of the campuses with a wide range of services that include contract and management of food, copying services, the Co-op Bookshops and other service contracts including security, cleaning, fleet, parking, mail, couriers, signage, facilities hire and furniture. It also plays an important role in campus fire safety and risk management.
Provides resource management support to the Centre including; financial management, procurement, information management, human resources management and work health and safety (WHS). Using the University’s Strategic Asset Management Framework this area also provides feasibility assessments and accommodation schedules and manages the University’s space management and building records processes and systems.
