Projects
The Centre for Learning and Development undertake a wide range of research and development projects that are oriented towards the improvement and refining of all academic faculties and curriculum at ECU.
Role Based Development Framework
The Role Based Development Framework (RBDF) is a new approach to professional development at Edith Cowan University design to ensure that all staff are provided with learning opportunities that are best targeted to their roles. It is a flexible system that integrates with localised frameworks, systems and course matrices and aligns with ECU mission, vision, and values.
For more information, see our role based development web page.
