As rapid change continues to take place in the higher education environment, how do we ensure that we have the correct strategies to deal with this change? How do we keep up with the latest concepts and technologies to ensure a seamless customer experience and how do we nurture the much needed culture of innovation in student administration and support?
As change fatigue increases and staff resilience declines, how do we address the issue of employee wellbeing and motivation? The aim of this ATEM conference is to explore these themes and to share best practice amongst participants.
