A program for leaders of change
Whether you are responsible for developing an overarching change strategy or for implementing part of a wider change process, this full-day workshop is for you. It will explore the process and impact of change on the individual and the organisation, and will identify strategies that leaders can implement for the benefit of their colleagues and their organisations.
