Taking responsibility for one's own wellbeing is easier than it has ever been for any generation. With the move by psychological research organisations to focus their research on what increases wellbeing, there is an interesting array of strategies and approaches to apply to one's own daily life to increase life satisfaction. This workshop looks at some simple steps to increase personal wellbeing.
