The ECU Leadership Network is hosting this management and leadership seminar in which Associate Professor Maryam Omari from the Faculty of Business and Law at ECU will present on the topic "Creating a culture of dignity and respect". Associate Professor Omari has worked in the area of Workplace Bullying for the past decade and has published various books and journal articles and presented at international conferences on this topic.
There will also be an opportunity to hear about what the ECU Leadership Network has achieved over the past 12 months and how ECU managers and staff can be involved in future projects and opportunities. Morning tea will provide an opportunity for staff to network with other colleagues.
