As you are aware, C2012 is gaining momentum and it is now time to step back and review our progress and where we need to focus energy to achieve its outcomes.

We have therefore secured the services of Larry Quick from Resilient Futures to provide a series of workshops to produce a clear statement that identifies our alignment to the value proposition underlying C2012, the current state of C2012, the opportunities and risks that C2012 is facing, the capabilities that will or may be needed to deliver C2012, and actions that need to be taken to ensure its success at every level.
