Ngala Karla Fete (National Reconciliation Week), 30th May 2017

Gather around the home fire (ngala karla) for a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history and reconciliation. The Ngala Karla Fete is an afternoon of activities, food, raffles, competitions, information displays and fundraising stalls held in the “billabong” in front of Ngoolark (Joondalup Campus).

A particular focus will be celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the 1967 Referendum. Funds raised will be for the benefit of an organisation supporting Aboriginal youth.

Location: ECU Joondalup campus, Ngoolark building forecourt (building 34)
