This program gives participants the opportunity to understand and develop business and management capabilities with a unique mix of personal, self-paced learning activities supplemented with regular collaborative sharing opportunities.
The online environment provides access to material provided by Harvard University in their Harvard ManageMentor modules. A range of business leaders, practitioners and experts have collaborated on the development of each module. Using these modules, expert staff at ECU have worked to develop the Management Excellence program to target the specific needs of ECU staff.
